How to create an account?

You can create an account using your email address and then selecting the "Create an account" button. This will open your personal information page where you can fill in the required information and set a password for your account.

If you already have a user registration in a Grupo Nación product, you can enter with the same username and password without having to create a new account.

What if I can’t remember my password?

Make sure that your login details (Email and Password) are correct. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on “Forgot Password” link. An email asking you to reset your password will be sent via email.

In what format should my photos be in?

Allowed images: jpeg, image / png, image / tiff.
For the best print quality, photos should be at least 4MB and a minimum of 300 dpi. Resolution below 50 Mpix. Long edge below 10000 Pix. The maximum file size is 50 MB.

Our digital platform through alerts will indicate if a photograph is very low quality (red alert) or low quality (yellow alert) and will recommend changing it.

How can I find a project I was working on?

Select the Profile icon located at the top of your screen to view your account information. This will take you to the "My Account" page, where your account information and settings will be visible. Select the "My Projects" folder to view currently saved projects or select "Order History and Details" to view previous orders.

How can I reorder a project if it was ordered without processing payment?

Select the Profile icon located at the top of your screen to view your account information. This will take you to the "My Account" page, select the "My projects" folder, choose the project and select the "Duplicate" option, this will allow you to edit and send back to the shopping cart.

When can I expect my shipment and what is the cost?

Depending on the selected shipping method, your order must arrive in to time periods after the purchase order is generated:

1. Shipping in the GAM: 3-4 business days with an additional cost of ¢ 2,825.00

2.Shipment Encomienda (Puntarenas, Limón and Guanacaste): 5 business days with an additional cost of ¢ 6,780.00

3.Shipment Correos de Costa Rica, outside the GAM: 5-6 business days with an additional cost of ¢ 5,650.00

4. Pick up in Grupo Nación: no cost, an email will be sent to you with the indicated date on which you can pick up your order.

Delivery schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Grupo Nación Adress:
Tibas, Llorente, San José.
Llorente de Tibás, 400 meters east, in Grupo Nación GN S.A.
Waze: Grupo Nación.

Note: The puzzles for their production are delivered in 6-7 business days in the GAM.

How much will my product cost?

Prices will vary depending on the characteristics you choose for your product, but our platform will always indicate the final price including taxes for your product.

The only additional cost that is optional is shipping.

For example, the prices of the Photobook vary according to:

-Hard or soft cover style
-Number of pages
-Size
-Kind of paper

Where do I place a discount code?

You must place the discount code before proceeding with payment, you must write it in the space that indicates "Discount code" and then proceed to "Send", so you will see the discount applied immediately on the final price of the product.

If the discount is a combo of several products, you must make sure to place all the products in the cart, in order to make the discount valid.

How can I process the payment for my order?

The payment of the orders is generated through our website as the last step to obtain your order, it is recommended to use the Google Chrome browser.

Once you indicate that you agree with the terms and conditions of the service and accept it without reservation, you can choose between two payment methods:

-Payment by Transfer or mobile phone.
-Payment by Green Pay

As soon as you cancel you will receive an email to the registered email with the order confirmation, if you do not see it please check the SPAM.

How long does an ordered saved project last?

Projects ordered and paid, will be kept for 400 days from the day the purchase order was generated.

Projects without a registered user will be saved for 7 days from its last edition.

How long do I have to edit a project without losing it?

Unordered projects will be kept for 45 days from their last edition.

How are the decoration pictures?

The decoration pictures are printed on canvas, unique and of quality.
They are delivered ready with a wooden frame to decorate.
